kyosei.Your ImpactEnsures accurate, efficient and timely execution
of various customer service processes and transactions to
meet/exceed customer requirements.
- Maintains daily contact and interaction with customers. Checks
status of shipments, coordinates (externally and internally)
customer requested changes, prepares and provides customer order
documentation (e.g. tracking number, etc.) and communicates
customer requirements internally.
- Builds credibility and trust with customers and internal
departments through analysis, development of process improvements
and quality service delivery.
- Assists with evaluating and identifying opportunities to drive
process improvements that positively impact the customer's
experience.
- Demonstrates business knowledge in interaction with customers to
facilitate problem solving; ensures issues are resolved in a timely
manner.
- Assist with creating, updating and maintaining work
instructions.
- Maintains daily contact and interaction with customer account
managers and/or program managers; takes customer orders.
- Provides sales administrative support; creates sales order,
maintains system price lists, invoicing for multiple divisions,
maintains customer system database, supports project billing,
tracks and reports customer / sales metrics, sales budget support
and coordinates the preparation of export documentation with the
Logistics Department.
- Supports multi-system, multi-business and multi-customer
environment; provides assistance to Customer Account Specialist as
needed.
- Represent Canon Virginia in a positive and professional manner
with respect to interaction with external sales account
representatives, potential customers, external companies within and
outside the Canon global group and internal department
representatives.
- Demonstrates sufficient knowledge of internal businesses and
their process flows, identifies and recommends process improvements
that positively impact the customer's experience.
- May train less experienced members.
About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring- Associate's degree
preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience,
and 4-6 years customer service experience preferably in a
manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Self-starter/ability to work independently.
- Strong organization, time management and multitasking skills.
- Excellent professional communication skills - interpersonal,
verbal and written.
- May have to work overtime and may be assigned to other shifts
based on company needs.
