Now is an exciting time to join our growing team and a leading company in the vacation industry! \n In search of an individual with a friendly personality, who enjoys greeting guests first and sharing with them all the lively amenities to enjoy at our resort. \n Join our team and WOW every guest \n What will I be doing? \n Our Bellperson/Valet greets and escorts owners/guests to rooms ensuring guest happiness and to ensure their stay is off to an excellent start. You will get to be the first person our owners interact with at the property. \n Here are your duties to be performed: \n \n Supervises property entrance and accepts guest arrivals. \n Greets and assists Owners and guests transporting and/or securing their luggage appropriately. \n Park guests' cars in designated area; retrieve cars for guests \n Delivers messages and will assist with room move requests, groceries, and other inquires. \n Reports any problem or unusual activities to management. \n Ensures an organized, safe and clean front entrance and lobby area. \n Carries out reasonable requests by management including assisting other departments when needed. \n Know and use members names, preferences, and routines and develop a personal connection with each member. Provides instructions regarding the amenities of the room and property services and activities provided for guests' use. Delivers messages, express check-out folios, newspapers, and other requested items. \n Retrieving, transporting, organizing, and storing of luggage in designated area. Identify and explain room features to guests (e.g., use of room key, mini-bar, ice and vending areas, in-room safe, valet laundry services). \n Driving/parking/retrieving all types of passenger vehicles (including those with automatic or manual transmissions) and records advance transportation request as needed. \n Maintain awareness of undesirable persons on property premises being a Safety & Security advocate. \n Special projects as given by leadership; responding to all guest requests to ensure client happiness \n Willing to "pitch-in" and help co- workers with their job duties and be an outstanding teammate. \n \n To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience: \n \n \n 6 months Customer service experience \n Valid driver's license \n Self-starting personality with an even disposition \n Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 150 pounds \n Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift and withstand outdoor extreme weather conditions \n Move at a speed that is required to respond to work situations (e. g., run, walk, jog), with or without reasonable accommodations \n \n \n \n It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: \n \n \n \n 1 years prior Bellperson experience \n Resort, Hotel hospitality proven experience \n \n Why do team members like working for us: \n \n Day 1 Benefit Eligibility \n Competitive base pay \n Recognition Programs and Rewards \n Discounted hotel rates \n 401(k) program with company match. \n PTO, 10 Paid Holidays per year plus 2 floating \n Paid Sick Days \n Employee stock purchase program \n Tuition reimbursement programs \n Numerous learning and advancement opportunities \n \n \n \n \n When you join Hilton Grand Vacations, you join a group of Team Members dedicated to helping Owners and Guests around the world make every vacation they take a memorable one.
