We are a growing retail business seeking an experienced and motivated Asst. Sales Manager to help lead our store team. The ideal candidate is hardworking, customer-focused, and committed to maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked store. You’ll also play a key role in developing strong product knowledge and delivering excellent customer service. What You’ll Do Help Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong communication with staff and customers Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge through training Schedule Full-time (approximately 5 days per week) Flexible schedule required Weekends and holidays required Compensation & Benefits Base salary commission Paid bi-weekly Paid training provided About Us Locally owned and operated since 1988, East Coast Appliance is the largest independent appliance dealer in Virginia, offering all major appliance brands.
