Job Description:
TruGreen is seeking motivated and driven individuals to join our
dynamic sales team as Entry Level Sales Representatives. As a vital
part of our mission to provide tailored lawn care solutions, you
will be at the forefront, engaging directly with customers to
assess their needs and recommend products and services that enhance
their outdoor spaces. This position offers a combination of a fixed
salary and an uncapped commission structure, providing an excellent

clients' environments! Generate new leads and follow up with
potential customers through face-to-face interaction, phone calls,
and other forms of direct marketing. Conduct on-site evaluations of
client properties to understand specific needs and suggest
appropriate services. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales
targets by effectively closing deals. Maintain a high level of
product and service knowledge to educate customers on the benefits
of TruGreen’s offerings. Participate in training and development
sessions to improve sales techniques and enhance product knowledge.
Manage customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and promoting
customer retention through excellent service delivery. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills Ability to persuade and
influence others High level of self-motivation and ambition
Effective time management and organizational abilities Basic
understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
