Job Description:
A company is looking for a Registered Patent Agent.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage patent prosecution docket, including preparation and
prosecution of high-quality patent applications
Execute all aspects of patent prosecution, including drafting
office action responses and conducting examiner interviews
Evaluate patentability of company innovations, conduct patent
harvesting sessions, and advise on patent strategy
Required Qualifications:
4-year Bachelor's Degree
5 or more years of experience
Registered as a Patent Agent and admitted to practice before the
USPTO
Experience in patent drafting and prosecution in specific technical
fields
Strong technical background and familiarity with hardware and
software
