is currently recruiting for a Full-Time day shift
Corporate Training Coordinator Health Plan Sales Administration
For the Health Plans Sales Administration team in
Virginia Beach, VA.
Hybrid schedule: In office on Tuesday, remote work available
otherwise.
Travel throughout Virginia is required occasionally for in-person
training sessions.
The objective of this role is to support the adoption of a new
Customer Relationship Management system for the Health Plan sales
and sales operations departments and improve operational
processes.
Experience creating instructional videos, document management,
documenting processes and procedures, consulting on processes and
procedures, instructional design, creating job aides and user
guides, creating PowerPoint presentations, conducting needs
assessments, understanding the different requirements of in-person
training and virtual training, and administrative tasks like
scheduling training sessions will all be necessary.
The training program is being started from the ground up and
requires well-rounded experience with a variety of training
experiences.
This is not an advanced, leadership position.
Must be proficient in Word and PowerPoint. Experience with
Microsoft Teams is a plus. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Insurance sales, Communications, Graphic Design, or Marketing
experience is a plus.
This is a department-level training position, specifically for the
Sales and Sales Operations Department. This position is not part of
a Learning and Development team.
Responsible for identifying training requirements, training
logistics, and training needs assessments for cross-functional team
members impacted by organizational change. Coordinate and provide
oversight of training activities associated with the organizational
change management activities including the development of training
curricula, web-based self-guided learning, instructor-led courses,
and blended learning strategies. Provide project status
coordination and updates to leadership.

Job Summary

Bachelor's degree in Leadership, Education, Organizational
Development, or Business required. Master's degree in Healthcare
Administration, Leadership, Education, or Organizational
Development.
Must have 3 years experience education planning, project
management, and information technology; plus 5 years of teamwork
required. Strong technical understanding of business functions.
Excellent coordination skills and experience developing training
curriculum, training outlines, and learning assessments.
