DroneUp is seeking a Sales Coordinator to provide sales support to
our growing Enterprise Solutions Sales team. You will provide
support through a variety of administrative tasks and will be
responsible for supporting multiple team members within a
department. Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for sales team
- Assist with sales lead generation activities
- Handle data management: building customer, account, and deal
records in the CRM
- Assist with the creation of proposals and customer quotes
- Provide exceptional customer service both internally and
externally
- Work cross functionally to manage and improve the customer
experience
- Support sales teams in maintaining accurate CRM records through
data cleanup and reporting to ensure timely and accurate customer
correspondence and deal management
- Handle customer inquiries to include invoicing questions and
troubleshooting, flight service extensions, and light deal
servicing when needed
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
- Produce and distribute written correspondence on behalf of the
director & senior managers (i.e., emails, memos, letters,
etc.)
- Book conference calls, rooms, transportation, couriers, hotels,
etc.
- Develop and update administrative systems to ensure
efficiency
- Other duties as assigned Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Administration or related field
- 2+ years as an administrative or sales support assistant
preferred
- Creative mindset, an ability to multitask, detail oriented,
coachable, and adaptive
- Resiliency through change with a positive, can-do attitude
- Proactive self-starter capable of autonomous work with minimal
supervision
- Ability to work independently and within team environment
- Experience with CRM platforms
- Ability to create proposals and quotes
- Experience with contract creation and management
- Flexibility and receptiveness in learning new tasks and eager
to take on more responsibility
- Demonstrates professionalism when interacting with
customers
- Ability to multitask with attention to detail and in an
organized manner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience handling sensitive information in a confidential
manner
- Knowledge of both Google Suite and MS Office
- Strong interpersonal skills This position also requires the

objects, to operate machinery
- Capacity to reason and make sound decisions
- Ability to regularly perform all job functions at Company's
