Our ideal team member is someone with a dynamic personality who can represent the clients' brands on the sales floor by forming a genuine connection with customers.As a Sales Representative, you will work alongside our Sales and Marketing team to conduct various promotional events for our clients. These events take place inside a retail location that can become busy during certain times of the day so you should be able to work confidently and calmly in a bustling, exciting environment. We believe in teamwork so there will always be another representative nearby if you need assistance. With that said, you should also be able to find solutions while working on your own. During promotional events, you will assist with all customer inquiries as you work through the entire sale cycle. Remember, customer service is at the top of our list so as a Sales Rep, you are expected to provide a satisfactory customer experience every time!**You will receive thorough training in professional representation and mentoring in each division we have within our company.   • Target Audience ResearchJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Attend morning meetings with senior-level staff to review product knowledge
    • Assist with customer interactions and sales support
    • Assist with the launch of new retail campaigns and products as needed
    • New customer acquisition and account renewals
    • Developing skills in sales, training, and communications
    • Keep an inventory log of marketing and sales materials and replenish your workspace as needed
    • Provide excellent customer service by maintaining an honest, open conversation to learn more about the customer's wants and needs
    • Research and study new product launches prior to them hitting the market
