Summary Objective: The Explosive Performance Team Sales Consultant will assist the EP Director in community and corporate outreach and will produce consistent monthly sales, provide an enthusiastic level of service to all existing EP clients, and work to gain EP clients through various community and business relationships. Essential Functions: Deliver the Ultimate Fitness Experience to every member, every time Enroll prospective members and teams in appropriate Explosive Performance programs Create relationships with local youth organizations and private businesses Generate corporate and community leads and relationships for the EP program Meet and exceed all individual and team sales goals Provide a motivating environment for the Explosive Performance Team Develop local annual and monthly marketing plans to supplement US Fitness marketing programs and generate qualified leads Job Responsibilities: Set monthly group sales and revenue goals with Corporate EP Director per budget projections Assist in motivating EP teams to generate Point of Sale and current client referral leads Effectively manage leads through sales tracking system Support and execute turn-key marketing plans from the Marketing Department Manage the growth of existing corporate & community business Negotiate directly with decision makers Build company-wide EP corporate sales opportunity awareness through success stories, best practice procedures, coaching calls, and workshops Create EP marketing & communication templates including emails and scripts Direct the targeting, identifying, and closing of new opportunities Manage and organize EP corporate & community events calendar Project expected corporate sales volume and profit for existing and new EP corporate & community accounts Provide professional recommendations for establishing and adjusting EP team rates by monitoring dues lines, market trends, economic indicators, and competition Align EP services with client/team needs and define short-term and long-term goals Create an enthusiastic atmosphere to achieve excellent deliverables, projects, processes, and efficient outcomes Raise performance standards and eliminate barriers to higher performance Help EP Site Teams better understand corporate & community partner needs, customize events, services, and approaches accordingly Generate creative solutions that optimize the corporate & community partner experience, drive partner loyalty, and work to remove corporate service barriers Track daily sales and leads and manage productivity reports Submit all assigned reports to EP Director in a timely manner each day Track all corporate and government contracts, billing and revenue generation Review all completed team contracts for accuracy and integrity Track team commissions and submit all reports in a timely manner Promote collaboration between membership, fitness, programs and front desk staff Attend all required trainings and meetings Provide prospective and existing clients with consistent and proactive hospitality Respond to client concerns and issues effectively and in a timely manner Seek to make a positive difference in clients' lives daily Exercise good judgment in all activities and duties Assume other duties as assigned Work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Generate, maintain and demonstrate a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude Must have a high level of professionalism, honesty, integrity and work ethic Excellent customer service skills and mentality Ability to communicate effectively with all staff Work independently in the absence of supervision Must exhibit strong attention to detail Ability to multi-task Ability to use computer systems including Microsoft Office Suite and computer aided drawing systems Willingness to learn new tasks Coordinate multiple projects and keep on task and on time Knowledge of the EP sales process, cross-selling and up-selling to clients.
