We have an Operations Analyst II. Will provide support to a variety of business operations. This support will include organizational assistance, data entry, and creating reports. ResponsibilitiesProvide direct support for the program director performing the following:

• Assisting with contract organization and tracking
• Performing entry-level finance/funding documentation
• Data entry
• Support building briefs and presentations
• Collating organizational (project/program management) feedback
• Process documentation QualificationsMinimum QualificationsEducation / Certifications: One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in any technical or managerial disciplineExperience:
    • Four years of full-time professional experience performing support for myriad aspects of business operations including organizational, communications, data entry, process documentation, information gathering, and programming functionsSkills & Technology Used:
      • Excellent communication skills
