Description:The Compensation Analyst will oversee the
development and maintenance of the Colleges compensation programs,
policies, and procedures. The incumbent in this role will be
required to be data-minded with a compassion for people,
prioritization of both the financial health and goals of the
College, alongside an understanding of the Colleges culture. This
position will serve as a primary point of contact on classification
and compensation issues. This is a unique and exciting opportunity
for a compensation expert with experience in developing
compensation strategies and protocols. The Compensation Analyst
will be introducing a new ATS Workday. Responsibilities:-Determines
appropriate organizational structure, job design, and conducts all
market pricing, job re-leveling, and calibration
exercises.-Provides guidance, coordination, and support in the
effective and consistent application of job classification and
compensation policies and practices.-Researches and analyzes
competitive compensation practices in the job market. -Coordinates
and executes initiatives in order to meet established goals,
objectives, and timelines.-Maintains pay equity and
transparency.-Discloses company data to compensation and benefits
surveys.-Assists managers with the development of accurate and
effective job descriptions.-Manages raises and salary structure for
all employees.-Performs job analysis and salary modeling.-Analyzes
compensation package trends to ensure industry competitiveness and
employee retention.-Consults with the HR Information Systems
Analyst regarding programming and data integrity of compensation
data.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Compensation Analyst will
be implementing their new ATS Workday while analyze the
compensation structure for around 1,100 employees. This person
needs patience, has to be detail-oriented, and good written
correspondence to their manager.Qualifications: Four years' of
experience as a compensation analyst required. Experience in higher
education is a plus Extensive knowledge of quantitative and
qualitative research methods. Extensive knowledge of human resource
laws, regulations, and best practices. Excellent written and verbal
communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management
skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Ability to keep information confidential. A bachelor's degree in HR
