Where Hard Stuff is Done Right!The Mission Technologies Division (MTD) is seeking a motivated and experienced team player to join the team as a Compliance Regulatory Analyst. As the Compliance Regulatory Analyst on our team, you will be responsible for leading and executing periodic revalidations and reviews for IT controls and processes and performing internal controlled self-assessments (CSAs).The ideal candidate is someone who will thrive in a fast-paced regulatory environment, work without appreciable direction in leading groups to a successful solution requiring minimal guidance. This position will grow as Compliance group activities expand to include similar assignments within IT Risk Management, and other applicable regulatory requirements.This is a full time REMOTE position that can be performed anywhere in the US with primary hours being Eastern time.Responsibilities: I want to and can do that!--- Maintain IT Compliance Runbook, Risk Control Matrix (RCM), Narratives, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) repository and other required Compliance artifacts.--- Assist with internal and external SOX audits, document and post artifacts as required by each agency and manage effective resolution to any audit observations if required. --- Lead reviews of Compliance documentation and artifacts as required but not less than annually with relevant management and technical Control performers ensuring chain of custody for all compliance artifacts is maintained.--- Partner with relevant Control owner(s), performer(s), management and others as required to understand root cause analysis and develop appropriate remediation plans. --- Identify and recommend improvement opportunities and initiate & oversee remedial actions to their resolution when needed.--- Develop and maintain IT Command Media and liaison with functional Command Media and Quality leadership throughout the corporate structure. --- Oversee the creation and management of all IT compliance policies, procedures, and work instructions and ensure compliance with IT standards and regulations. --- Liaison with Corporate office and maintain required reporting within the corporate tool. --- Maintain metrics for IT compliance work products including audit statistics, training and control reporting.--- Perform research, interview subject matter experts and draft compliance policies and procedures.--- Advanced oral, written and presentation skills are required. Candidate will be required to clearly present technical approaches, frameworks and findings. --- Position will grow as Compliance group activities expand to include similar assignments within IT Risk Management, and other applicable compliance and regulatory agencies.Minimum Qualifications--- 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.--- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required including working with Pivot tables and other metric tools.--- Candidate must have working knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley 404 IT guidelines and audit requirements.--- Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance.Preferred Requirements--- Industry certifications such as PMP, ITIL or CIA/CISA --- Experience with government or external Sox audits, IT system implementations, risk management activities and business continuityPhysical RequirementsJob performance will normally require only minor lifting and carrying of boxes of records or equipment.HII is a global engineering and defense technologies provider.
