JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Title: Logistics Coordinator 2Department: LogisticsJOB SUMMARY

  • While adhering to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements, facilitate the shipping and/or receiving of products to and from the installations and/or from customers' base
  • This would include organizing either the shipping or receipt of product or the preparation for delivery of product to and from the facility with focus on accuracy, efficiency and time management through the SAP module.
  • Managing the flow of orders requires strong reliance on monitoring and co-ordination of delivery pickup and/or drop off schedules both manually and with computer programs.
  • Management of various type of data with high level of accuracy on shipping, origination, logistics, contracts, SAP etc.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Manage and log releases with MPB and terminal
    • Receive, confirm, approve, and log BL's
    • Manage day to day inventories and month end recon
    • Produce weekly/monthly logistics/shipping/delivery/import-export report
    • Manage customer delivery documents and reporting such as traceability docs, survey reports, shipping docs etc.
    • SAP
    • Perform SO/DO/GI entries
    • Manage existing and new vendor/customer info
    • Weekly stocks report
    • Keeping track of contracts and dataJOB REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION
      • Bachelor Degree in either Accounting, Logistics or equivalent experienceEXPERIENCE
        • 2-3 years' experience in accounting, inventory control or logisticsPERSONALITY TRAITS
          • High level of education and experience within an office environment, international shipping and stock management.
          • Organized and logical, willing to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures.
          • Be able to work as part of a team in a fast paced and pressured environment, communicating effectively with both colleagues and clients and following verbal and written instructions.
          • Ability to efficiently solve problems relating to sales, finance and transportation of goods in locations both national and overseas.
          • Strong organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy
          • Able to operate Microsoft Office, SAP and be familiar with any other software pertinent to the industry.WORK RELATIONSHIPS AND FUNCTIONSEXTERNAL
