Account Specialist Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
• Pay Rate: $22/hr
• Full-Time Position Account Specialist Job Description:
  • Maintain communication between customers and the sales team to process purchase orders.
  • Enter relevant data into the company's procurement or accounting systems, including item descriptions, quantities, prices, and delivery dates.
  • Communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods or services.
  • Track the status of purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and follow up with vendors to resolve any issues or delays.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation for auditing and accounting purposes.
  • Assist in managing inventory levels by tracking stock levels and reorder points.
  • Independently manage projects from initiation to completion, collaborating with diverse teams to meet company objectives.
  • Quickly address urgent customer needs, serving as a bridge between departments.
  • Lead problem-solving efforts and establish standardized processes for continuous improvement.
  • Extract and analyze data from internal systems to support sales management.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate customer documentation within internal systems.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Manage a constant volume of work, stay focused, and efficiently keep projects, emails, and tasks progressing through varying stages of completion. Account Specialist Job Requirements:
    • High School Diploma or Equivalent
    • Experience with Salesforce, D365, Supply Chain, Transportation, and Order Shipping is GREAT
    • Heavy attention to detail with zero error in data entry
    • Call Center and Order Processing experience preferred
    • Exceptional customer service skills
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas
    • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish trust with clients and internal stakeholders
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results and driving business growth
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
