Job Description:

A company is looking for a Lead, AR Recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain staff training and monitor daily production goals
Perform QA audits and manage workflow enhancements
Provide coaching, develop training programs, and create client reports

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of UB-04 Follow-Up and Contract/Reimbursement Analysis experience
2+ years in a supervisory role
Medicaid, Medicare, and/or Commercial billing experience
Detailed understanding of healthcare insurance follow-up processes
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
