Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract Content Designer for Social
Studies (6-12).
Key Responsibilities:
Write, peer-review, and revise content for Edmentum's programs
based on pedagogical understanding and subject-matter expertise
Adhere to prototypes, guidelines, and quality processes while
developing standards-based Social Studies content for grades
6-12
Collaborate with team members to create high-quality,
standards-aligned material and participate in project and team
meetings
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in education or content-related field;
master's degree preferred
3 years of experience in education and 2 years in curriculum
development or education technology
Strong subject-matter expertise in Social Studies for grades
6-12
In-depth understanding of digital learning and pedagogical
practices
Experience working on projects in a multi-faceted and fast-paced
environment
