Our client, a health care company in Virginia Beach, VA, is seeking a temporary-to-hire Executive Assistant to provide executive support to the VP and a 3-4 Directors!About You:4+ years of relevant experience.Proficient in MS Office Products (Outlook, Word, and Excel).Ability to handle and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.Must be proactive, have good problem-solving and research skills, and have a strong sense of the work/what they do.Ability to work a hybrid schedule on-site (2 days/week) at the Virginia Beach, VA location.The Job:Handle scheduling and calendars.Coordinate meetings; manage itineraries, agendas, and logistics related to meetings.Act as a "gatekeeper" and communicate directly and on behalf of the VP with staff and external parties.Research requested meetings/vendors before scheduling meetings.Prepare deliverables and complete additional tasks as needed.This is a temporary-to-hire position that pays $22/hr-$26/hr when temporary and converts to a salary of $50K-$55K when made permanent, depending on experience.
