Aston Carter is hiring a Client Relations Specialist in Virginia Beach, VA up to $17/hr. If you are interested, please apply and send your resume to Location: Virginia Beach, VA Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm Pay: $15-17/hr Description:This company has a high level client base - universities and institutions, Ivy League schools. This person will field questions pertaining to their orders, and order issues with shipping or submissions. This person will deal with students who are reaching out to check on status of electronic diplomas. They will direct them to the universities, won't provide too much of an update but they will field calls from students. This is not a high volume of calls - 95% are emailsInternally - work with the data integrity team (get all orders from clients) so if they were submitted incorrectly client relations will step it. Deal with shipping team, warehouse team, deal with all of the teams to make sure their customers are happy Provide on-going administrative support with a wide scope of discretion and judgment. Assist in fostering and building client relationships by demonstrating a deep and strong understanding of all products and system platforms. Anticipate, manage, and resolve minor issues using independent decision making in an expeditious manner. Assist with all other tasks as assigned for maintaining files and assisting in the preparation of various forms and department procedures.Additional Qualifications: Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred Experience in Salesforce CRM preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Technical customer service preferred About Aston Carter: Please Note: Scammers are posing as Aston Carter.
