Job Description:
We are seeking a Project Administrator candidate to join our
Operations Support team located in Virginia Beach, VA. Working
hours will be: 8am-430pm M-F. This position is responsible for
fulfilling support needs for assigned construction projects,
including subcontractor AP/AR, Contract Administration, and other
administration support as requested, while upholding RQ's Mission,
Vision and Values. Competitive Salary range DOE $25-30PH, eligible
for OT. Comprehensive benefit plan, 401K/Match, Sick and Holiday
pay.
A BA degree in Business,
Communications or related field is the formal education preferred
for this position. A combination of equivalent work experience and
training in the field may be qualifying in lieu of a degree.Four
(4) or more years' administrative experience required. A background
as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager is a plus. Two (2) or
more years' experience with contracts administration within the
construction industry preferred. Experience and or exposure to A/P
and A/R required.Computer literacy (Microsoft Teams, Office, Adobe,
Internet, etc.) required.Since 1996, RQ Construction, LLC. has been
