customers but for our employees as well! Answer incoming calls,
make outbound calls, respond to chats and emails promptly to ensure
customer satisfaction. Assist customers quickly by answering
questions about product, purchases, and scheduling delivery or
customer pick up of an on-line purchase. Assist with any on-line
purchase; on-line shopping carts, on-line orders, add-ons to orders
(pillows, additional pieces, protection plans, etc.), as well as
reselections. Review each order to ensure the order is paid in
full, ensure merchandise is committed, sets/groups are complete and
verify where the order will ship from or deliver from to prevent
any possible delays or problems. Act as an advocate for customer by
facilitating restoration of product by opening a service order,
documenting account properly, obtaining pictures of damage/defect
and working with third party technician services to complete
service visit. Enter approved even exchanges and attach needed
photos, return authorization, or Warranty Protection Plan claim
approvals. Find quick resolutions to customer questions or
concerns. Assist customers with orders, take credit card payments,
process refunds, as well as perform cash balancing and DOMA filing.
Problem solve for damaged items, delivered wrong, tagged wrong or
entered wrong orders and partner with Customer Cares Leadership
Team to assist in the best resolution for customer. Assist
customers with finance order questions. Promptly review, resolve,
and respond to all Social Media messages and reviews. Any other
duties or responsibilities assigned by management.Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills and great enthusiasm for helping
customers. Strong Verbal, written and interpersonal skills Problem
solving skills Excellent time management skills, attention to
detail and the ability to multi-task. Previous experience in
Ecommerce, customer service and/or customer support environment.
Competent in MS office, Excel, and web browser environments.
Knowledgeable of social media applications, such as Facebook,
