Job DescriptionmPulse is looking for an all-star Solution
Delivery Specialist with a desire to work with "Best in Class"
clientele in a fun, fast paced, and challenging environment. This
role will work directly with the Product team to deliver client
solutions designed for an impressive list of Fortune 500 healthcare
companies.
We need a smart, roll-up your sleeves, "anything to get the job
done" problem solver who is looking to make an immediate impact and
grow within our rapidly expanding company. Working with our
internal teams, clients, and partners to support client success and
growth, this role is a critical part of daily support efforts.
This team works very closely with Product and Development teams,
allowing for a lot of technical growth and development.

- Collaborate with internal and external teams to support in
program implementation life cycle (Design, Build/Configure, Test,
Launch, Support)
- Create, monitor, and complete internal and external requests
submitted through ticketing system (JIRA) and project management
tools (Asana)
- Work with clients to understand business requirements and serve
as product subject matter expert when designing a solution for a
client's use case
- Determine data transfer requirements and use APIs/Postman
and/or SFTP/Airflow to set expectations with clients on how member
data would need to be passed to mPulse
- Review client member data to ensure proper formatting is loaded
into mPulse databases
- Use knowledge of technical capabilities to build/configure
solutions within mPulse platforms
- Follow standardized processes for handling PHI and sensitive
information securely
- Lead internal testing sessions as well as support on client UAT
calls to ensure solution configuration is functioning as
expected
- Prepare both internal and external teams for go-live/launch and
monitor post-go live/launch to ensure program success
- Use problem solving skills to resolve issues by serving as
first line of defense for troubleshooting needs
- Run SQL queries on various databases to assist in investigating
issues and determine root cause; escalate product issues through
ticketing system (JIRA)
- Establish and document technical requirements in Solution
Design Documents and use Confluence to search for resources that
could be utilized as part of the configuration/solution Behavioral

Degree2-3+ years of experience in healthcare/technology, EHR
software and/or experience implementing and supporting customized
solutionsPrior experience collaborating with technical or
development teamsStrong proficiency in Excel and entire MS Office
SuiteExperience with client onboarding and/or software
implementation, technical requirements gathering, creating tickets,
etc.Familiarity with the following systems: Confluence, JIRA (or
similar ticket system), Asana (or similar project management
tool)Experience working with data integrations through API or data
file processesExceptional solution design abilityStrong
relationship building skills within companyFamiliar with SQL or
