Job Description:
POSITION SUMMARY The parts counter is the face of our service
department. The main duties include greeting and assisting
customers as they approach the desk by providing the "Ultimate
Customer Experience" (or U.C.E) to everyone that you encounter on a
daily basis and creating and following up on service tickets.This
position is responsible for generating revenue through educating
customers on the benefits of our products and services. You will
help customers understand the issue with their vehicle and
recommend additional services as needed. Arranging deliveries,
following up on unreached customers, and ensuring customer
satisfaction are just a few of the other duties for this role. Core

energy ABOUT FUSION CYCLES We opened in 2014 in a 300 square foot
room with 3 storage lockers to store, repair, and assemble
scooters. Now we are in a 6000 sq foot facility and among the top
scooter dealers in the eastern U.S. Our mission is to provide fun,

OBJECTIVES Train team members in all aspects of front of house
department operations, Mission,Vision and values and the U.C.E.
Ensure that the sales of the service desk personnel are meeting
targets and objectives Ensure proper scheduling of team members to
meet the departmental needs with customer care as criteria Ensure
proper min/max levels of parts inventory Pitch in and fill in at
the counter when needed Ensure that all parts needed for job
completion are on the R.O. so that parts can be ordered in a timely
manner Audit, submit, and reconcile all warranty claims for both
factory and extended warranty, as well as P.P.M. Become familiar
and efficient with all phases of the computer system required for
parts management Ensure employees keep a clean, efficient, and
orderly department Customer Service Maintain a high degree of
customer satisfaction and solicit reviews Greet customers
immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner Handle customer
complaints reasonably and professionally, showing empathy, a
positive attitude and our commitment to the "U.C.E" Gain the trust
and confidence of new customers when they are introduced to the
parts & service department Give special attention to comebacks and
triage customers to ensure the situation is corrected Maintain
service follow-up and prospecting programs through HubSpot Grow the
volume of parts and accessory revenue Maintain budgeted revenue and
expense objectives Develop promotional campaigns in conjunction
with the Parts & Sales departments Maintain efficiency reports on
sales representatives and other K.P.I.s Provide reports to GM, as
requested Develop monthly and annual objectives for the department
in collaboration with GM and company vision Attend training
sessions to keep current with service department issues and watch 3
provided training videos every day (including your day off)
Supervisory Responsibilities Establish departmental work schedules,
balancing the work loads of all employees Set and enforce policies
and procedures for the parts department Provide and analyze all
employees' K.P.I.s and perform performance reviews (evaluate and
counsel) Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and
terminating employees. Ensure appropriate training is provided to
all parts and counter employees (seminars, workshops, sales
schools, etc.) ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to lift 50 lbs
Ability to communicate effectively, both written and Ability to
stay active for extended periods of time Ability to sit for
