As a Groundsperson you will be responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• 
  
• Perform outstanding routine and special general labor work assignments as directed by management
  
• Efficiently handle the care, maintenance, and general upkeep of the property grounds to include basic landscape, as well as general cleanliness
  
• Remove and re-install trash dumpsters to help maintain grounds cleanliness
  
• Efficiently transport tools, materials and supplies as required
  
• Remove dust, dirt, grease, and waste material from surfaces to maintain a positive cleanness of property grounds
  
• Operation of power equipment such as backpack blowers, trimmers, and electric carts. Proper and efficient use of garden tools such as shovels, hoses, pruning shears, knives, and wheelbarrows
  
• Use proper equipment to pressure wash decks and other surfaces

    It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
