Business Development Representative - HypergrowthTTEC is a
leading global customer experience technology and services partner

iconic and disruptive brands.What you'll be doingTTEC is seeking a
Business Development Representative to drive new logo acquisition
for our portfolio of innovative and disruptive brands. The
hypergrowth segment is the fastest growing at TTEC, and you will
have a first-row seat in driving new business that ultimately leads
to proposals and top line revenue growth. Your core focus will be
to set new meetings, however, there will also be an opportunity for
you to engage in driving tactical and strategic elements of the
sales process on multimillion-dollar customer experience
outsourcing engagements. These activities span prospect research,
account mapping, solution planning, RFP development, value
proposition development, lead generation/qualification and client
relationship management. -The ideal candidate is excited and
passionate about Customer Experience. You also believe that the sky
is the limit in sales and ready to absolutely crush quota. You are
entrepreneurial, resilient, adaptable, and a collaborative
team-player.Responsibilities Include
- Take ownership of all prospecting activities in the hypergrowth
arena. -
- Build a pipeline of hypergrowth prospects using CRM and
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Customize and scale outbound outreach using a mix of social
selling and sales engagement strategies. -
- Leverage marketing tools and technologies (Outreach, ZoomInfo,
Bombora, BombBomb, Alyce, and others.)
- Collaborate across sales and marketing to create and deliver
campaigns across priority target segments such as iGaming, FinTech,
Crypto, eCommerce, food-delivery, and others.
- Develop trusted advisor capabilities by demonstrating a deep
understanding of account business drivers, organizational
imperatives, customer experience, support, and acquisition
challenges, and offer solutions utilizing persuasive win themes and
effective sales strategies. -COMPENSATION & BENEFITSThe anticipated
OTE for individuals expressing interest in this position is
-$120,000. This position is eligible to participate in an annual
incentive program. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may
vary based upon work experience, education and/or skill levels.
