We are a steadily growing, technologically advanced, financially sound, locally owned company in Hampton Roads and on the Eastern Shore - with branches growing in Lynchburg and Danville, Virginia.Support Services of Virginia is seeking Assistant Site Coordinators to play a highly interactive role in the lives of those receiving supports. The ideal candidate is friendly and positive, open minded and flexible, engaged in the community, and likes to be active. Assistant Site Coordinators have full responsibility for implementation of the Individual Support Plans that help people to live the lives of their choosing by working towards a balance of what is important to and important for them.An Assistant Site Coordinator is also expected to provide leadership, mentorship and direction to Direct Support Professionals. The Assistant Site Coordinator position is a full-time position that requires 24-hour availability. Most scheduled shifts for this position will be in the evenings and at least one weekend will be required to meet the needs of those we provide services to.Virtual training and interviews via Zoom will be provided.Compensation:The starting pay for the Assistant Site Coordinator position is $13.00/hourly upon completion of training and probationary period.Benefits

    • Ability to pass criminal/registry background checks.
    • Clear tuberculosis screening.
    • Ability to pass and maintain CPR/First Aid, Medicaid Waiver Certification, and Direct Support Professional Core Competencies.
    • Ability to perform basic math.
    • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
