• Braunability A Vehicle Delivery Coordinator presents options to help customers in personalizing and/or outfitting their vehicle with the accessories that fit their lifestyle.Job Duties:
  • Be an ambassador for the store and seek sales and profit with integrity.
  • Sell automotive aftermarket products including undercoating, tires, wheels, paint protection, upgraded electronic systems, remote starters, etc.
  • Ensure that purchased options have been properly installed and that all features are fully operational
  • Develop and implement an owner follow-up program to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Ensures that every customer is satisfied with the delivery and performance of his/her carJob Requirements:
    • Prior experience as a customer service representative in either automotive sales, inside sales, outside sales, retail sales or telemarketing sales preferred, but entry-level candidates without automotive sales or other sales experience are encouraged to apply
    • Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a "people person")
    • Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
    • Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
