Job DescriptionThe Lee Group is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives to fill openings with a company located Virginia Beach, VA. The ideal candidates should be reliable and have knowledge in the field.*This position will become a work-from-home position AFTER COMPLETION of 1-month of training in the office.*Pay Rate: $11 an hourSchedule: Monday-Thursday 6pm-9pm & Saturday 9am-5pmRequirements of the Customer Service Representative:

• Communication proficiency
• High School Diploma/GED
• Must be able to train for up to 1-month in the office prior to working from home
• Must be able to work required schedule
• Must have personal laptop – company software will need to be downloaded
• Comfortable using computers
• Comfortable with talking to clients over the phone
• Experience with customer support
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check for pre-employment screeningResponsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
  • Read script verbatim (word for word) when calling clients
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward clients
  • Responding promptly to client inquiries
  • Maintain confidentiality when working with clients personal information
  • Answering phones, and inputting client data
