Summary: The Lender Services Specialist will manage all
processes and fulfillment of Lender Services products. This
position will also manage the document recording processes, both
online and mail-away. Manage assigned workloads to meet or exceed
company standards. Work to develop and maintain relationships with
contacts and customers to generate improved results. Supply
feedback to management and team of both effective and ineffective
lessons learned to streamline processes for the entire
Essential Functions: . Work in a high production/deadline
production driven environment. . Communicate effectively in both
written and oral form to customers, team and management. . Respond
to customer needs on a timely basis and/or provide adequate timely
response to emergency needs from customers and maintain records or
correspondence. . Assure adequate documentation of activities
through the company's production system. . Provide accurate and
timely reports while keeping all tasks up to date. . Schedule
activities to assure superior service to the customer. . Provide
technical and local knowledge assistance to your team members, the
customer, and the sales personnel when necessary. . Be proficient
in all document recording processes, including e-recording
platforms. . Assists in the development of efficient processes and
systems. . Assists with team training in accordance with Company
policy. . Monitor order workflow on a daily basis. . Assist other
departments, as needed.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**
1-3 years of administration or customer service experience who
is comfortable making outbound phone calls Preferably someone with

User level knowledge of desktop computer, office equipment and
Microsoft Office systems.
Must have excellent analytical skills.
Must have excellent oral and written communications skills.
