Remote Position Overview The Service Coordinator must possess a unique blend of technical and communication skills. They must ensure that all calls, e-mails and in-person questions, requests and issues are addressed accurately and professionally with the goal of attaining the highest possible level of customer satisfaction. This role focuses on the processing and scheduling of tasks and efforts for remote and onsite information technology work (project and reactive work). Work intake can come from our national service desk, project management office, or the managed services group and via phone/email/web application. Responsibilities --- Provide high quality day-to-day coordination and logistical support to onsite technical teams --- Manage 15-30 client-facing initiatives at a time, schedule meetings, record meeting notes, and drive third party programs to completion --- Triage, track, and coordinate service tickets, small projects, and 3 rd party engagements --- Create, update, and manage Engineer Team schedules, engineer's skill sets, and availabilities. --- Document and translate business requirements as necessary for ticket completion --- Maintain and develop internal process documentation for assigning internal resources, outsourced resources, and all internal value chain transformations in the order-cash process --- Create and maintain E-automate records for service tickets, projects, and 3 rd party resources --- Comfortable in front of clients and continually portrays appropriate customer service --- Prioritize daily work to meet deadlines Minimum Qualifications --- 3 years of experience in customer facing role --- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with a variety of personality types --- Strong MS Office Suite experience (Excel/Outlook/Word) --- Understand the Value-Added Reseller vertical and its unique resource management requirements (scheduling of human resources) Preferred Qualifications Experience with E-Automate ERP Experience with Power BI (basic) Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Service Now Logistics experience in telecommunications or IT Technology savvy Xerox is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, creed, religion, ancestry, national origin, age, gender identity or expression, sex, marital status, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability, use of a guide dog or service animal, military/veteran status, citizenship status, basis of genetic information, or any other group protected by law.
