A DAY IN THE LIFE
In this role, you will
* Prepare and deliver department reporting * Observe trending
from control reports * Prepare ad hoc reports on demand * Be the
liaison between the department and Information Services.

* Mortgage Default experience, especially in the servicing
and/or invoicing arena is preferred. * Prior experience with Loss
Mitigation, Foreclosure, and Bankruptcy. * A penchant for

DETAILED JOB DUTIES
* Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly management reports. *
Involved in moderate to highly complex development requests. *
Create ad hoc reporting * May participate in gathering data
requirements and information to document reporting requirements to
meet business needs. * Design, develop, test and implement data
files, reports and dashboards that utilize the underlying files,
data stores(s)/ data warehouse(s)/ data mart(s). * Design and
implement technology best practices, guidelines and repeatable
processes. * May work with vendors and other external entities. *
Develop and prepare reporting for all billable department
activities * Perform all other duties as assigned.
* Mortgage Default experience, especially in the servicing
and/or invoicing arena is preferred. * Two to four years of
progressive experience in mortgage banking or mortgage servicing *
College is preferred, but prior work experience will be considered.
* Microsoft applications used in analyzing data and high level of
problem solving abilities * Experience with Desktop Invoice
Management and Process Management preferred. * Experience with
FiServ, MSP, or other mortgage platforms preferred. * Experience in
analyzing and improving operation processes * Prior experience with
Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, REO, Loss Mitigation or Property
Preservation. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
