Purpose of Job Manager, Claims Operations (Condo) -Remote Work
We are currently seeking a talented Manager, Claims Operations
(Condo) - This position can work from the Tampa, San Antonio,
Phoenix, Colorado Springs or Chesapeake office or 100% Remote Work
This position will manage Property Claims Adjusters located on
the East Coast and must be available to support these business
Manages auto, property, subrogation, and/or physical damage
member service employees who are dedicated to knowing our members,
understanding their individual needs, and providing appropriate
solutions. Develops employees through regular coaching and feedback
that leads to improved results. Executes process improvements and
leads organizational process changes. Maintains compliance with

investigation, evaluation, negotiation, settlement, and
Bachelors Degree or equivalent (NOTE: 2 or more years
demonstrated leadership which may include people management
experience in P&C Claims, Financial Services Industry, Customer
Service Industry, or equivalent military service/environment AND
actively enrolled in pursuing a degree may be substituted in lieu
of a degree.)
6 or more years P&C industry functional work experience
4 or more years P&C experience plus military service
4 or more years P&C experience and 2 years prior customer
service-related experience OR
4 or more years P&C experience and a Manager Candidate
Acquisition and maintenance of applicable insurance adjuster

Insurance industry designation (SCLA, AIS, AIC, CPCU etc.)
5 or more years property claims experience
2 or more years prior managerial experience (ex. Someone who has
lead or managed several employees)
Prior condo adjusting experience
Prior experience with Xactimate
Flexibility to work some weekends as needed, based on business
