Job Description:
Our client, an international manufacturer, is seeking an
Administrative Operator to join their team in Virginia Beach, VA.
As an Administrative Operator, you will be part of the warehouse
team operating a forklift and SAP platforms. The ideal candidate
will have communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills which
will align successfully in the organization. Job Title:
Administrative Warehouse Operator Location: Virginia Beach, VA
Shifts: C shift available Pay Range: Starting Pay at $17.00/hr.
(increases depending on shift) After 2-week probationary period,
the pay rate increases (depending on shift) to $18.00/hr. and
increases to $19.00/hr. after 90 days working. Additional Pay
Incentives: all associates are eligible for a $0.25 cent raise each
order for the first year of employment. After 1 year, all
associates are eligible for a $1.00 raise each year. What’s the
Job? Operate a forklift Navigate in Excel and SAP Receive packages
for spare parts. Verify vendor/manufacturer numbers to make sure
parts are correct. Email team if there are incorrect parts received
and correct the problem. Find locations for new parts and store
parts away. Perform critical and cycle counts for IIC1 and IIC2.
Take parts that need to be shipped out for repair to main SHOP.
Clean tool crib, empty trash, and take cardboard to recycle bin.
Maintain appropriate levels of pallets and packing materials on
site (stretch wrap, labels, etc) Process and move finished goods to
appropriate location based on variant What’s Needed? Previous work
experience operating a forklift and using SAP/Excel Ability to
stand for long periods of time High School Diploma or GED Ability
to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly Reliable Transportation What’s in
