Job Description ProspectBlue is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to work at a reputable firm in Virginia Beach, VA. The ideal candidate has 5 years of experience in litigation. Paralegal would be responsible for circuit court cases from drafting the complaint through trial. She/he would need to be familiar with scheduling orders, interrogatories, depositions, motions, supplementing discovery, collecting medicals and all other aspects of litigation. This is an in-office position Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Excellent benefits and competitive compensation.
