Job Description:
Job Description ProspectBlue has partnered with a reputable law
firm in Richmond, VA and is seeking an experienced Residential Real
Estate Paralegal. The position requires a highly skilled individual
with a positive attitude, excellent work ethic, strong computer
skills, and the ability to work and interact with a variety of
people from all backgrounds. The position is on-site at the firm
office, and the work schedule is Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:30pm.
About the role: Our Real Estate Paralegals support our attorneys by
performing a variety of duties, including: • Communicating with
buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, title companies, and
municipalities to obtain information for residential closings •
Processing and transmitting completed documentation to lenders •
Meeting with clients and residential real estate professionals •
Coordinating with attorneys to conduct real estate transactions
quickly and accurately to provide excellent experiences for clients
Desired Qualifications: • Customer Service Focused Individual -
Team player • 1-2 years of residential real estate closing
experience • Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required •
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Word, Outlook, Excel • Performs
job duties while maintaining a high level of customer service •
Completes work and solves problems by utilizing training, tools,
reports, and analytical skills • Pro-active, takes initiative, and
excellent follow-through skills • Ability to work on multiple
deadline-driven tasks in a fast-paced environment • Ability to
convey information effectively and accurately both verbally and
