Job Description:
A company is looking for a Litigation Associate in Washington,
D.C., for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal counsel on corporate law, regulatory compliance, and
government affairs
Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents and
contracts
Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and legal
proceedings
Required Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Active bar membership in good standing
Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience
Experience in government relations, regulatory affairs, or
international law is a plus
Fluency in a second language is highly desirable
