Our Professional Services team plays a central role in delivering those outcomes. As demand for implementations continues to grow, we are expanding our project management team and hiring an additional Technical Project Manager to support client delivery. The Role This is a client-facing implementation leadership role for a project manager who is comfortable operating in both structured and fast-moving environments. You will lead the day-to-day execution of software implementations for enterprise and mid-market customers, guiding projects from requirements through build and deployment while maintaining strong alignment with client stakeholders and internal technical teams. This role is ideal for a project manager who is confident managing scope, navigating ambiguity, and communicating professionally with senior stakeholders while keeping delivery teams focused and moving forward. You will partner closely with Professional Services POD leaders, aligning on delivery strategy and ensuring strong execution across your projects. What You'll Lead Implementation & Delivery Leadership You will drive the day-to-day execution of client implementations from kickoff through deployment. Lead project planning, kickoff, and ongoing delivery execution Define and manage scope, timeline, milestones, and deliverables Translate requirements into actionable delivery plans with technical teams Maintain momentum by identifying risks early and driving resolution Coordinate internal and client resources to keep delivery on track Ensure projects remain aligned to contracted scope and agreed outcomes Support structured requirements and solution planning phases Lead iterative build and configuration cycles through deployment Facilitate backlog clarity, sprint planning, and milestone tracking Drive readiness for deployment and successful go-live execution Client & Stakeholder Management This role requires strong professionalism and confidence working with external clients.
