Location: Norfolk, VA Clearance: Secret AERMOR is seeking an
Engineer, Computer II who will be responsible for supporting the
design, development, and maintenance of computer systems, software
applications, and network infrastructures. This role requires a
skilled professional capable of applying advanced principles of
computer science and engineering to solve technical challenges and
enhance system performance. Responsibilities: Design, develop,
test, and maintain computer systems and software applications.
Support system integration and troubleshooting activities. Ensure
adherence to established coding standards, cybersecurity policies,
and configuration management procedures. Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and optimize
system performance. Prepare documentation, reports, and technical
analyses as required. Stay current with emerging technologies and
recommend solutions for system improvements. Qualifications: At
least three (3) years of professional experience in computer
design, software development, or computer networking. Bachelor’s
degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related
technical discipline. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in software engineering principles and system design
methodologies. Experience with one or more programming languages
(e.g., Java, C++, Python). Working knowledge of networking
concepts, cloud environments, and database management systems.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Bachelor’s
