Job Description:

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Strategic Technical Onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the manager in overseeing the Strategic Technical Onboarding Specialists and ensure processes are followed
Provide data-driven recommendations for systems and process improvements and track performance metrics
Lead internal and external meetings surrounding specialized accounts and manage urgent technical issues

Required Qualifications:

Associate's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in a technical and/or customer service-based role
Experience collaborating with a team to meet deadlines
Experience with JIRA and Salesforce
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
