Responsibilities: Prepare and execute a variety of dishes with precision and attention to detail, maintaining the highest standards of taste, presentation, and quality. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine menu items, ensuring a diverse and exciting dining selection. Follow recipes and guidelines to consistently produce high-quality meals that meet our club's standards. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Coordinate with fellow kitchen staff to ensure efficient and smooth service during busy dining periods. Assist with food inventory management, including proper storage and rotation of ingredients. Uphold a positive and professional attitude, contributing to a harmonious work environment. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Line Cook in a reputable restaurant or similar culinary setting. Culinary degree or relevant culinary education is a plus. Knowledge of various cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety practices. Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and delivering consistent results. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence. Flexibility in schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
