Position Title: Front Office Manager
Department: OperationsReports To: General Manager and Assistant
General ManagerSupervision: Front Desk Agents, Reservation Agents,
Night AuditorsPay Structure: Paid Bi-weekly

Key Responsibilities:--- Oversee Front Desk personnel: recruitment,
performance reviews, training, and development.--- Ensure high
standards of guest service quality are maintained.--- Manage
departmental budgets to optimize profitability while enhancing
guest satisfaction.--- Collaborate with other departments to
improve overall guest experience.--- Develop and implement
operational plans that align with the hotel's strategic
objectives.--- Enhance guest satisfaction through effective staff
training and quality service delivery.--- Supervise reservation
processes to maximize occupancy and revenue.--- Uphold financial
transaction security and guest safety protocols.--- Address guest
complaints promptly and ensure corrective measures are taken.---
Schedule staff in accordance with labor standards and anticipated
occupancy levels.--- Promote cross-selling of other services and
properties.--- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
relevant to this role.
Essential Qualifications:--- Bachelor's Degree or significant
experience in the hospitality sector.--- Minimum of 2 years
experience with a recognized hotel brand preferred.--- Strong
financial acumen and ability to analyze data effectively.---
Proficient in basic mathematical skills and financial reporting.---
Familiarity with hotel management systems is advantageous.
