When we first arrived in Charlotte, we called our 100% cotton batting Quilters Cotton, but after hearing a well-known teacher and hand quilter say, This just quilts like a dream, we changed the name to Quilters Dream Batting and added the tag line, Quilts Like a Dream! Quilters Dream Battings are proudly made in the United States, and each batting is hand cut and hand inspected to ensure excellent quality and consistency. We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities: * Invoice daily orders and check for accuracy. * Address and resolve customer inquiries relating to invoices. * Maintain strong customer relationships by handling questions and concerns professionally and efficiently. * Input sales orders and customer information quickly and accurately into a computer database. * Perform a variety of Internet research and mailings for potential prospects. * Coordinate and assist other employees with non-profit entity of the company. Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. * Strong communication skills and computer proficiency, including MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Some accounting knowledge/experience preferred. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multiple work demands. * Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. * Experience in sewing, quilting, crafts helpful.
