TITLE: VALET
--
Responsible for providing quality service in a timely manner when assisting our guests upon their arrival and their departure.
Complies with hotel brand standards to meet guest expectations and create a total guest satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
(Associates will spend the majority of each shift on these essential duties)
--Ability to communicate effectively with others, both verbally and written. Identify and explain hotel facilities and features to
our guests.
--Ability to work with minimal supervision, but work cohesively with team members. Follow directions thoroughly when
instructed by the bell captain.
--Operate guest vehicles in a safely manner. Park and retrieve guest vehicles as requested by hotel and daily guests.
--Responsible for identifying and resolving guest complains and concerns by conducting thorough research of the situation.
--Maintain accurate knowledge of scheduled functions within the hotel, to ensure the guest are directed to the appropriate
locations.
--Provide excellent customer service and compose a professional demeanor with your guests.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Education Required: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): or Work Equivalent
Certifications/Licenses Required: N/A
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/JOB KNOWLEDGE:
--Valid Driver's License
--Ability to operate a manual transmission
--Strong computer literacy skills, both verbal and written.
--Prior experience in hospitality industry in similar position
--Must be available to work varied shifts and schedules to include days, nights, weekends and holidaysJB.0.00.LN
