Job DescriptionIn search of an individual with a friendly

idea of helping guests with their luggage while sharing with them
all the fun amenities to enjoy at our resort.New Hire Bonus up to
$1,000!What will I be doing?As a Lead Bellperson/Valet, you'll
greet and escort owners/guests to rooms ensuring guest
satisfaction; keeping up with the desk area! Open doors and assist
guests/visitors entering and leaving property.
- Greet and assist every guest with a sincere welcome, building
an unusually memorable arrival and departure experience. Know and
use members names, preferences, and routines. Develop a personal
connection with each owner. Provide instructions regarding the
amenities of the room, property services and activities. Delivers
messages, express check-out folios, newspapers and other requested
- Quickly answers valet phone to arrange, confirm parking valet
requests make appropriate arrangements for bell desk services.
Reports any problems or unusual activities to management, being a
Safety & Security advocate.
- Operates vehicle using safe driving practices to ensure safe
delivery of vehicles to and from the parking garage. Tickets
vehicle, writing guest name, room number, car license, make/model,
amount of charge and length of stay on ticket. Follows established
procedures for car control, including but not limited to
maintaining neat, accurate logs of keys and completing required
valet parking log sheets and reports. Retrieves information on
guest vehicles and claim checks using Valet desk computer system.
Maintains cleanliness of each guest vehicle by ensuring the vehicle
is returned the way it was left. Operate vehicles with automatic
and standard transmissions.
- Responding to all guest requests to ensure client satisfaction;
willing to "pitch-in" and help co- workers with their job duties
and be an outstanding teammate.QualificationsWhat are we looking

role optimally, you possess the following minimum qualifications
- 6 months of Face-to-Face customer service experience.
- Valid Driver's license.
- Self-starting personality
- Ability to lift/carry, or otherwise transport luggage up to 75
lbs; or move/push packages, bags and luggage on a hand truck/cart
or other wheeled assistance weighing a maximum of 500 lbs. Stand,
walk and/or sit requiring bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing
stairs and walking distances throughout the property.It would be
advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following
capabilities and distinctions:
- Resort/Hotel Hospitality.
- Supervisory experience.
- Hospitality driver/Bell person experience
- CPR certification and/or First Aid training.We offer a
