Days - 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Make a
meaningful difference as a travel OT in Gatesville, NC. We are
seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to help skilled nursing
residents regain or improve daily living skills while working in a
supportive long-term care environment. Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
from an accredited program. Active North Carolina Occupational
Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS
certification from AHA or ARC required. Experience or willingness
to provide care in a Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care
setting. New graduates welcome. Clinical internship or supervised
experience in geriatric, long-term care, or skilled nursing is
preferred. Ability to evaluate functional abilities, develop
individualized treatment plans, and document patient progress per
facility protocols. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including PT,
SLP, nursing, and case management. Assignment Details Facility
