Responsibilities: Deliver skilled nursing care to stepdown patients
with varied medical conditions Monitor and interpret patient vital
signs and clinical status regularly Administer medications and
treatments as prescribed Coordinate with physicians, therapists,
and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care
plans Educate patients and families on health conditions and
post-discharge care Maintain accurate and timely documentation of
patient care activities Desired Qualifications: Active Registered
Nurse (RN) license in good standing Proven experience in a stepdown
or intermediate care nursing role Strong assessment and critical
thinking skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced
environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Current BLS certification;
