Position Job Title: Radiologic Technologist - X-Ray Profession:
Technologist Specialty: Mobile X-Ray Duration: 13 weeks Shift:
Varied (Any Sunday - Saturday) Hours per Shift: 0700-2300
Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Active
Driver's License required Certifications: ARRT required Must-Have:
ARRT certification Description: Serves over 7,500 care facilities
nationwide. Offers a great working environment and developmental
training. Provides opportunities for personal and professional
growth. Allows for autonomy and a variety of patient interactions.
Promotes job security and teamwork. Provides mobile X-Ray and EKG
services to healthcare facilities. Performs and processes X-Rays
using portable digital or computed radiography equipment. Submits
and transmits X-Ray images to a Radiologist for interpretation.
Ensures clinically diagnostic and technically competent x-ray
images are obtained. Performs EKGs as needed and transmits them to
a Cardiologist for interpretation. Scans exam-related paperwork and
documents daily as per protocol. Communicates regularly with
dispatch and management. Interacts professionally and efficiently
with peers and clients. Maintains vehicle and x-ray equipment.
Physical demands require the ability to push or pull weights
between 50 and 100 lbs. Equipment assistance, such as vehicle ramps
and pulleys, reduces weight handling. Pushing or pulling equipment
within facilities or homes may increase weight requirements. The
role may involve exerting 50 lbs of force or more multiple times a
