seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join
our Home Health Care team in Virginia Beach, VA. In this role, you
will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes,
helping them maintain their health and independence in a
comfortable and familiar environment. This position offers a
competitive compensation of $44.00 - $46.00 per hour and the
opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our
patients and their families. Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive
nursing care to patients in their homes, including assessment,
treatment, and education. Develop and implement personalized care
plans based on patient needs and physician instructions. Monitor
patient progress and report any changes in condition to the
healthcare team. Administer medications, injections, and other
treatments as prescribed. Provide education and support to patients
and their families regarding disease management, health promotion,
and prevention. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of
patient care and communication. Collaborate with interdisciplinary
team members to optimize patient outcomes. Requirements Current
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Virginia. Minimum of
1 year nursing experience, preferably in home health care or a
related setting. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking
skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
in a home setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. CPR
