February/March 2026 , and we're building a passionate, talented
team from the ground up! This is your chance to help rebrand and
reshape the practice , working alongside a terrific Medical

Work closely with a skilled medical team while delivering
exceptional patient and client care. In this role, you will:
Provide exceptional patient and client care by ensuring an
efficient exam room workflow. Maintain accurate, detailed medical
records. Review treatment plans and discharge instructions with
clients, answering questions with empathy and clarity. Support the
veterinarian's orders during outpatient care and procedures to
ensure the highest level of patient care. We're looking for
outgoing, detail-oriented technicians who thrive in client
engagement, enjoy managing their schedule, and want to leave their
mark on a new, growing practice. This is full-time position with a
4/10 schedule and availability needed Monday-Friday only! Full-time

hour worked* Bonus package: $2000 CE allowance: up to $1,000

and skill set: 3 years of veterinary experience in a clinical
setting Current Veterinary Technician License in the state of VA
Proficiency in the following skills: Strong clinical skills in
patient assessment, treatment, and medical record management.
Skilled in injections, microscopic evaluation, sample collection,
radiology, venipuncture, and gentle animal handling and restraint .
While initially our surgical schedule will be limited, the ideal
candidate will have proficiency in anesthesia induction and
maintenance, surgical set-up, and assisting in surgery . Proficient
in supporting veterinarians during exams and outpatient procedures.
Excellent client communication , with the ability to explain
treatment plans, client demonstrations, and discharge instructions
clearly and empathetically. Greenbrier Animal Care Center , located
in Chesapeake, VA, has a long-standing tradition of delivering

includes three exam rooms, digital x-ray, digital dental
