What You Will Do Provide bread and butter oral surgery including extractions third molars and implants. Perform in office anesthesia and sedation as the provider. Rotate across three established locations with a consistent home base two to three days per week. Build and maintain strong relationships with referring general dentists. Work closely with a skilled experienced clinical and support team to deliver efficient high quality care. Compensation and Benefits Base salary of four hundred twenty five thousand dollars with total compensation typically ranging from four hundred twenty five thousand to six hundred thousand plus annually through production incentives. Compensation is structured as a base salary plus production based incentive. There is a clear ownership opportunity with a defined one and a half to two year pathway to buy in. Sign on bonus and relocation support are available. Benefits include health insurance vision coverage four zero one k malpractice coverage and licensing renewals. Paid time off is approximately three weeks. Technology includes Weave Vatech Dexis and Shift4.
