Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse – Virginia Start Date: December

available; 5-6:1 patient ratio; every 3rd weekend required
Highlights: 18-bed progressive medical-surgical unit specializing
in neurological patient care Utilize Meditech EMR and a variety of
medical equipment including IV therapy, central lines, feeding
pumps, and cardiac monitoring Collaborative team environment with
Clinical Coordinators, RNs, LPNs, and PCTs working together to
deliver quality care Hands-on skills including wound care, tube
feedings, central line dressing changes, and assisting with bedside
procedures Opportunity for floating to other medical-surgical units
for broader clinical exposure Navy scrub dress code Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of hospital-based Registered Nurse experience
required Active Compact RN License (must be active at time of
submission) Current BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong
teamwork, communication, and neuro assessment skills preferred Why
